Situation turns a loser into a leader

One of the most fascinating facts about crocodiles is the way they nurture their eggs. When a female crocodile lays eggs, the temperature of the nest, where the eggs are laid determines the sex of the upcoming babies. If the temperature is less than 32 degrees Celsius, they get cute female babies, and if it’s above 32 degrees, they get handsome male babies.

I guess you are surprised. I too was surprised, when I came to know this for the first time. They have a supernatural power gifted by God. I wish we humans were like them. Never mind, even if we are not.

Are you going through difficult times? Is the atmosphere you are living in full of pressure? Does the target press you hard? Are you struggling to do the common things you used to do easily, because of pressure? Does the organizational target suppress you to be different and perform differently?

Don’t worry I won’t tell you to change the gender. Not even the temperature can change it. But don’t you think the way the temperature changes gender, in the same way, we can change a loser into a leader?

Today we have to believe the harsh fact, the situation changes the character of human beings. People break themselves in difficult times, but a few people go through it and create something big. If we have to make a failure into a huge success, change the circumstances. If we put a small challenge in front of a loser, either it would end him by being upset or he is going to do something big, fighting with it.

Leaders are not easily created by some common exercise or reading a few books, they have to go through harsh situations, tremendous pressure, and deadly heat to get the tag of a leader.

In our case, not the gender, the situation determines the character and reveals the hidden potential within us. Being under pressure, our mind starts thinking out of the box and makes impossible things possible. It is the pressure and heat, compel us to think beyond our limit. In this way, a leader creates massive results.

If you are going through difficult times, don’t panic! just tolerate the heat because you are paying the market price for being extraordinary. The pressure is changing you from a male to a monster.
