Family first

When a tiger kills, he allows his cubs and females to eat first. He knows what he is responsible for and he performs his responsibility very well. Keeping his family first does not show his weakness. His near and dear ones know what he is capable of. Tiger has learned, sacrificing for his family does not show your weakness. It is right to change your mind for your loved ones.

Ask yourself, how much do you stand on your responsibility? Do you keep yourself first? Who is your priority, you or your family?

The family here does not mean only your blood relations, with whom we work is also our family. With whom we are now trying to fulfill our dreams, with whom we are dreaming big are our family members.

The people who will help you to achieve your dreams in the coming days are also a part of your family. Some people are related to blood and a few are related to dreams.

Leadership is all about giving credit and taking criticism. If you take bad and give good, you will be loved by all. When you fail to achieve something, some targets bring criticism on your shoulders. Don’t let any of your fellow mates handle the criticism. When you achieve the group target, put your group first to receive the award. Let them enjoy the beauty of compliments. To grow in life, they need compliments more than supplements.

When you take the crown of leadership, you get lots of responsibilities. Making your teammates successful should become your main priority. If it takes to sacrifice your personal goal for their benefit, don’t think twice about it. Keep your personal goal aside and focus on your target. By doing this, you may lose your battle but you will win many hearts. Once you start winning hearts, in return they will sweat for your dreams. They may fight every battle for you if you do something for them and their goals first. They may face a sword on their chest and bleed of stabbing, if you prove them you are always ready for them.

Learn to sacrifice for your family, this time family means your father, mother, brother, sister, wife, and children. Whoever stays in your heart is your family member. You are supposed to please your family, not society. Use your power to drive away their fear, not to frighten them.
