Be unique

Do you know, tigers do not have the same stripes compared to other tigers? They might look similar but no two tigers are alike. They wear their stripes with pride and enjoy like a devil whom evil salutes.

Ask yourself, do you find yourself unique in any way? Do you think your thoughts are very different from your colleagues? Is your goal big enough for others? Is there any quality difference in the way of your working? Do you wear your scars with pride? Do your spots of failures cause a lot of confidence to fall, while performing?

Leadership is an art and you are the artist. If you are not an artist, try and try, one day you will be a better artist than what you are today. You must be a unique artist, who performs differently and creates exceptional results. Be a leader with unique traits and power. Be what you are and take pride in it. Be unpredictable and enjoy the unpredicted organization. Be original and unstoppable, don’t let your fears stop you from chasing big. Wear the jacket frosted with the scars of your failures, put goggles on your wet eyes which are full of tears, put a hat on your head to cover the mental anxiety inside it, and hunt for your target. Have faith and confidence in your abilities, remember you are a creation by the creator of nature and you are here to rock the world. If one way doesn’t work, approach from another way. So, the next time you fail to chase, remember this tiger and roll the ball again.

Never let anything distract you from being spontaneous and energetic. Be focused and intelligent, keep sharpening your mind more than your teeth. Wash your mind daily and let the germs out of it. Germs like negative thoughts and words of negative people destroy our strength slowly, like a slow poison. Be bold and courageous. Never hesitate to let your true brilliance shine. Be dangerous and hunt for new challenges with everything you’ve got. Sink your teeth into every adventure life is giving to you. It’s better to enjoy the adventures in life than to avoid and simply die, without experiencing anything. Life is all about making it a heaven for your angel. So, leap fully in the direction of your dreams and taste every hurdle. Soon your reality will be better than your dream.
