My Scar’s Secret
My Scar’s Secret
Once I had left home very early in the morning for my yoga class. The class time was 7:30 in the morning but I reached there only at 6 o’clock that day. It used to take around 5 to 7 minutes to reach the class from the bus stand.
I was walking comfortably on the sidewalk on one side of the road, I thought I had arrived early enough that I should call and tell my mother that I have come to class. As soon as I put the phone on my ear then all of a sudden a bike came from behind me and stopped near me, I did not look back and thought they would be students of my class. The boy who was driving the bike was young but the one who was sitting behind him was absolutely a child. That kid tried twice to snatch my phone from the moving bike itself but he could not snatch the phone like he swung twice to snatch the phone, then his nail got stuck in my neck and there was a slight bleeding. The biker thought that his companion had snatched the phone and started the bike and ran away. I was very scared, this kind of accident happened for the first time and no one was with me, and had gone there so early that day that there was no one on the road, no cart or any shop that morning everything was closed. Although every day many policemen come to visit there, Because it was the area of the policemen, they keep going for morning walks but that day they were not there. When I went inside the class, my hands and feet were trembling, I could not understand how this could happen to me and I could not do anything. Not a word came out of my mouth at that time. My eyes were filled with tears, I was feeling very nervous, just bad thoughts were coming in my mind that if something like this happened, what would I do? How do family members know where I am? I called my mother at the same time and told everything, I started crying even more after hearing mother’s voice. Mother said “stop crying, nothing happened, everything is fine, and after class I will come to pick you up. “Hearing the mother’s voice, everything was feeling good and the nervousness also subsided a bit.
