Don’t hope believe it

Donkeys are famous for their stubborn nature. It is next to impossible to force a donkey into a thing they are least interested in. We cannot frighten them to do something if they feel unsafe. It happens because of their highly developed sense.

Their decisions are highly based on their safety and interest. They stay firm and stable with their decision. They believe in their intuitions and follow their inner voice.

Do you follow your inner voice? How many times have you been compelled to do a task, against your interest? Have you ever come across a situation; the decision of management is against your intuition? Have you ever predicted something and it went true?

This strange characteristic of a donkey is quite big and valuable for human beings. I love this lesson and implement it almost every time in my personal and professional life. As a leader, you must follow your intuition. You must have the guts to follow your inner voice. Our inner voice is all about probability, based on experience and interest. The real challenge is shifting our mind from hoping it’s the right decision to believing it’s the right decision. Once you start believing, you will find the signs too. Everything gets connected and you come to know, it was the right decision, as you prove. Once you put effort into knowing you are on the right track, you attract positives. Your mind starts thinking about the results. Every small step taken will take you closer to your dream. Target gets accomplished when you know you will get it soon.

When you are working in a big organization, even a small mistake of yours can make a huge difference, you need to be stubborn. It doesn’t matter what other people say, follow your inner voice with a belief, in the future, it will give results. When you follow your intuitions, there is hardly any chance of making any mistakes. You keep pushing yourself and perform with motivation. It may happen, you may get lots of criticism from your near and dear ones. You may be slammed by your seniors, but it’s worth it to get those harsh words from them. If you know you will succeed, never listen to naysayers. If you follow your inner voice which is full of facts and figures, there are high chances you will be successful. If you don’t follow someone’s viewpoints, you may fail. If it happens, you will always regret it, you didn’t listen to your inner voice. You have to face criticism for your entire life.

Not every noise in your mind is chaos, some are your inner voice. So, listen to your inner voice.
