Depression

Depression word sun kar hi rongte khade hojate hai, sun kar hi negativity si feel hone lag jati hai, sun kar hi udaasi cha jati hai, lekin hum sab log kahi na kahi kisi na kisi mor par depression se gujarte hai. Aaj ki zindagi mei jaise common baat hogai hai kisi ko depression hona, kyoki humne khud hi isko apni life ka part banaya hai.


Depression ek esi bimaari hai jo humari life mei humesha interfare karta rehte hai, chahe wo humari social life ho, chahe work life ho, college life ho, school life ho, personal life ho, hum kisi bhi environment mei rehte hai Depression hume jakar ke rakhta hai. Depression mei hume kuch feelings hoti hai jaise ki feeling of SADNESS, feeling of WORTHLESS, feeling of HOPELESS. Most of the time hume akela rehna acha lagta hai, logo se kam baat karte hai.
But hum iss Depression ko jad se mita sakte hai, Bas kuch cheese karni hai and aap dekhenge ki depression jaise bimaar chor ke khush rehna start kar denge. Jo aap cheese pasand karte hai wo karna start kariye, stable mind ke lie thoda meditation kar sakte hai and khud ko busy rakhe or nature ke sath time spend kare thoda and kuch time saturation point aaega and aap dheere dheere karke bahar aa hi jaenge depression se.
